Please consider this:

  • Property management experience with Community Association Management is preferred
  • Must be a Manager who is passionate about helping others and knows how to manage teams to keep the process positive, productive and fun
  • Must have the communities best interest in mind at all times when solving problems
  • Ability to effectively manage support staff and vendors
  • Able to create Board meeting agendas and Board packets in accordance with Davis-Stirling and governing documents
  • Be available to attend Board meetings in the evenings and some weekends
  • Interact and effectively communicate with the association's Board of Directors, homeowners and vendors
  • Responsible for follow-up and oversight of action items
  • Obtain competitive bids and negotiate contracts with vendors
  • Have good a understanding of financial statements and budgets
  • Ability to maintain a professional personal appearance
  • Effective at developing and maintaining long-term relationships
  • Effective with social media tools
  • Must be tech and computer savvy, including: calendars& accounting programs
  • Strong accounting skills including asset management and budget preparation a plus
  • Must have great customer service skills and be an excellent communicator
  • Familiar with the Davis-Stirling Act and Corporate Codes
  • Broad range of management experience with the ability to manage many different areas of business without stressing under pressure
  • This position involves working some evenings and weekends, attending Board of Director meetings or fielding emergency response issues
  • Talented at responding to community members with a solid can do approach to solving problems
  • Pay is commensurate with motivation, experience, and certification

Benefits: Ten paid holidays, two weeks paid time off (PTO) after completion of probationary period. No health benefits at this time.
