Maintenance Support for Residential Properties

Carmel Realty Company Property Management is excited to offer a full time position to offer maintenance and technology support to our vacation rental and long term rental departments. The ideal candidate would have a good understanding and comprehension of basic home maintenance, be comfortable with a fast-paced environment, and possess a professional manner and appearance.

Duties and skills to Include:

  • Ability to follow direction and communicate well with team members.
  • Basic knowledge of home maintenance and repairs.
  • General Tech Support – TVs, remotes, Wi-Fi, routers, etc.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic household issues: pilot lights, resetting breakers, barbecues.
  • Ability to assess a situation and know when to consult an expert.
  • Assist Vacation and Long Term Rental Specialists in all aspects of guest support.
  • Pickups and Deliveries to and from homes: luggage, propane tanks, etc.
  • Selective concierge service.
  • Be flexible and available for weekend and after hour support as needed.
  • Must be professional in appearance, polite, and personable.
  • Committed to providing premier customer service to our high-end clientele.
  • Knowledge of Pebble Beach and Carmel areas.
  • Provide own transportation.
