Description:
Are you a seasoned social worker with a passion for leadership and making a difference? Santa Cruz County's Human Services Department is seeking a Social Work Supervisor II to oversee Family & Children`s Services and Adult Protective Services teams.
What You`ll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise social workers handling complex child and adult protective casework.
- Oversee intake, interagency coordination, and emergency/on-call coverage.
- Provide expert consultation, review service plans, and ensure compliance with laws, policies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Master`s in Social Work (MSW) or counseling, with at least 2 years of senior-level casework experience (comparable to Santa Cruz County`s Senior Social Worker).
- Valid California Class C Driver's License (or approved alternative).
