Job Overview:

We`re looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined individual to join our repair team. As a Repair Shop Assistant, you`ll help disassemble, clean, and prep vacuum pump components for repair. No experience with vacuum pumps is required—we`ll train you on everything you need to know.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys taking things apart, working with tools, and learning how machines work.

Responsibilities:

    •             Disassemble (tear down) vacuum pumps for inspection

    •             Clean and organize mechanical parts for reuse or rebuild

    •             Assist technicians with repairs, part prep, and shop maintenance

    •             Maintain a tidy and safe workspace

    •             Learn basic mechanical systems and repair processes

What We`re Looking For:

    •             Comfortable using hand tools and shop equipment

    •             Mechanically minded – maybe you`ve worked on cars, bikes, or machines

    •             Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

    •             Able to follow instructions and take initiative

    •             Able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet during shift

    •             Prior shop/mechanic experience is a plus, but not required
