Position: Production Lead

We are a premium cabinet and millwork shop based in the Monterey Bay Area looking to expand our team with a hard-charging, highly skilled Production Lead.

Lead will oversee and work alongside existing shop staff in the manufacturing of custom cabinetry and millwork for residential and commercial applications.

Must have 5+ years` experience in fine cabinet making and a deep respect for the quality of workmanship our customers demand and expect.

We`re willing to pay more if you`re willing to do more (and care more) than the average shop requires.
