Construction Estimator

Projects: retaining walls, slope repair, foundation repair, underpinning, new foundations, deep foundations. See our website for our work.
Avalon Structural, Inc. is looking for persons to help bring in such projects by bidding from plans, developing such projects from scratch, and helping manage the project. You need not be an expert in all the above subjects as we will train.
Requirements, preferences:
*Minimum three years estimating experience, or be an engineer.
*Proficiency in Auto CAD a plus.
*PE is a very big plus.
*EITs may be apply provided minimum three years construction experience. Work under a veteran engineer to gain the necessary experience to take the PE.
* May work remotely part of the week, but must live within 45 minutes of Cabrillo College.
