Key Accountabilities

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in full compliance with HSH standards, regulatory requirements, and audit protocols.
• Direct the entire forecasting and budgeting cycle, driving greater accuracy, robust analytics, and stronger business ownership of departmental forecasts in alignment with Quail`s strategic and financial plans.
• Deliver actionable insights, dashboards, and KPIs to operational leaders to enable data-driven decision-making and enhance understanding of profitability drivers.
• Support long-term financial planning, investment decisions, and capital budgeting, providing financial stewardship that enables sustainable growth and operational excellence.
• Direct, coach, and develop the Finance team—including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Income Audit, Cost Control, and all transactional finance functions—to ensure high performance and accountability.

General Requirements 

• 8–10 years of hospitality finance experience, including team leadership.
• Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Strong technical accounting, controls, and forecasting capability.
• Proven experience with multi‑outlet operations and inventory-intensive environments.

Salary: $140,000-$160,000 per year + Bonus
