Provides administrative and technical support to MST`s Mobility Management programs as directed by the Mobility Coordinator and the Mobility Services Manager
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Perform travel training workshops, presentations, and assessments to individuals, or in a group setting and formulate travel training plans; write periodic assessments, progress, and summary reports. Perform outreach and presentation to senior, disabled, and veteran groups or individuals in the community. Provide support in the MST RIDES program, assist in eligibility determination, schedule eligibility interview appointments, record data, and provide accurate and properly composed documentation or statistical reports. Provide customer service and assist customers in completing a reasonable modification request or a customer service report. Provide support in the taxi voucher program, assist in processing taxi voucher requests for voucher distribution sites and customers, reconciliation of voucher use, and complete voucher inventory. Record data and provide statistical reports; provide accurate and properly composed documentation or reports. Provide customer service to voucher distribution site staff, taxicab companies, and voucher customers. Support and coordinate reporting with the Monterey County Regional Taxi Authority designated staff as needed. Provide support in the Navigator Volunteer Program, assist in recruitment, training, tracking volunteered hours, provide work assignments, and document activities. Participate in Americans with Disabilities (ADA) sensitivity training for MST Coach Operators, private taxi operators, and other individuals/agencies as required. Provide support in the Transportation Reimbursement Incentive Program, provide customer service, determine eligibility, and process reimbursement logs. Provide support in veterans outreach activities, coordinate, and process bus passes for veteran`s services organizations. Provide support in processing and printing MST-issued identification cards for mobility programs. Provide support in promoting the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT). Provide support in promoting the MST Vanpool Program. Provide other administrative support for current and future Mobility programs including preparing reports and statistical data. Independently function in non-office settings and without direct supervision.

Ability to operate standard office equipment, including fax and scanner machine, copy machine, and telephone. Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish is preferred.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
A two-year degree from an accredited community college plus two years related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Good driving record; possess valid California driver`s license at time of application; identification and employment eligibility. Experience working with seniors, persons with disabilities, and veterans. Ability to show proof of a COVID vaccination.
