About the Role

HeartMath, LLC is seeking a Kitchen Support & Food Prep Assistant to join our in-house healthy gourmet kitchen in Boulder Creek. For over 25 years, our kitchen has supported staff with nutritious, thoughtfully prepared meals in a warm, caring, and supportive environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values cleanliness and teamwork, and has an interest in learning basic food preparation and cooking skills from an experienced chef.

What You`ll Do

• Perform general kitchen cleaning and dishwashing
• Lift and organize supplies; stock shelves and storage areas
• Prep vegetables, assemble salads, and assist with food preparation
• Support daily kitchen operations
• Opportunity to learn cooking skills on the job

What We`re Looking For

• Available to work 20–28 hours per week, including Saturdays
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Able to follow verbal instructions and procedures
• Comfortable multitasking in a kitchen environment (Employment is contingent upon passing a required physical exam and background check.)

Working Conditions

• Moderate physical activity with some lifting
• Moderate noise level
• Normal vision required to safely perform duties
