Canepa is seeking an Automotive Parts Department Delivery Driver (Temporary) for our parts and service department. This individual must be quality-minded, hardworking, and dedicated to providing the highest level of service in the industry. We are seeking a person who is highly professional, who can work individually, as well with a team.


The Parts Delivery Driver will be responsible for, but not limited to the following areas:
• Achieving maximum efficiency and superior customer service
• Providing safe, timely and correct parts deliveries
• Establishing an efficient route of delivery or pick up
• Maintaining professional attitude, conduct and appearance
• Operating the delivery vehicle (car, van or pick up) in a safe and cautious fashion to maintain a clean driving record
• Advising manager when to order shop supplies, towels, blast media & fluids
• Deliveries and assistance at off-site events and reunions

Qualifications:
• Valid Driver`s License
• Clean driving record and ability to maintain it
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to work on an individual basis with limited direction
• Ability to work well with the public
• Computer skills (QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and internet research)
• Ability to prioritize daily schedule with a flexible nature in mind
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends, and willing to work overtime when necessary

The following items are desirable, but not required:
• Automotive background
• Understand the delicate nature of shipping fragile and irreplaceable parts


Job Title: Automotive Parts Driver (Temporary)
Job Type: Full-time, 40hrs per week (overtime as needed)
Location: Scotts Valley, CA
Compensation: Starts at $23/hr BOE
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION FOR 5-6 MONTHS
This is a non-exempt, hourly position.
