Canepa is seeking an Experienced Automotive Parts Advisor. The ideal candidate is highly energetic, detail oriented, proactive, and extremely organized. This individual must be quality-minded, hardworking, and dedicated to providing the highest level of workmanship in the industry. We are seeking a person who is highly professional, who can work individually, as well as part of a multifunctional team.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Source hard to find and special-order automotive parts.
• Place and track orders. Develop contingency plans for orders that experience delays.
• Receive orders, ensure order correctness, and distribution to shop personnel.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.
• Ship and confirm delivery of outbound material.
• Meet with suppliers and establish and maintain accounts.
• Cost out parts and materials on work orders.
• Maintain showroom parts counter and inventory.
• Internet parts sales.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years Automotive Parts Experience.
• Ability to work on an individual basis with limited direction.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Internet search engines.
• Exceptional Excel experience.
• QuickBooks accounting software a plus, but not required.
