Position Overview
● Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM (20 hours per week)
● Compensation: Starting at $20.00 per hour
● Location: Soquel, CA (In-office)
What We Are Looking For
● Bilingual Skills: Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
● Customer Service: Polished phone/email etiquette and a polite, solution-oriented attitude.
● Organization: Strong scheduling skills and the ability to follow up with clients and vendors.
● Tech Savvy: Experience with iMac, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive), and basic CRM platforms.
● Digital Tools: Familiarity with Wix (basic website updates) and Mailchimp (weekly newsletters and email campaigns).
● Creative Flair: Basic graphic design skills using Canva to create and edit templates for property listings and social media.
Core Responsibilities
Marketing Support
● Partner with our Marketing Coordinator/Office Manager, to launch property listings using Canva (flyers, banners, signs), Mailchimp (email blasts), Update website blog on Wix, and create/manage social media ad campaigns (Meta Business suite, Facebook, Instagram, Linked-in).
● Maintain a sharp eye for detail, ensuring grammar is on-point, all information is true and correct and create designs that align with our brokerage aesthetic.
● Keep digital marketing files and templates organized in Google Drive, Keep updated prints of promotional materials in the office.
● Use and build experience with Gemini, ChatGPT, and other AI platforms to streamline our daily workflow.
Front Desk & Client Relations
● Act as the welcoming first point of contact for walk-in clients, property owners, tenants, and vendors in both English and Spanish.
● Handle daily administrative tasks, including filtering leads and taking messages, answering/directing calls, data entry, receiving payments, and issuing receipts.
● Assist the Accounting department with mail processing and digital archive.
● Maintain a tidy, welcoming front office (restocking supplies, watering plants, and keeping the candy jar full).
● Help care for our office pets (ensuring there are treats and taking them for quick walks when needed).
