Job Details

Looking for experienced Glazing lead to take over management and measuring of residential work related to doors, windows, showers, and glass. Must be excellent at communication with office staff and glazing staff. Clean record and clean DMV. 

• Measurements: Take highly accurate measurements, basic computer skills, read schematics, and blue prints. 
• Leadership: Supervise day-to-day field installations, manage two residential crews, and ensure quality control and safety on construction sites. 
• Installation: Not required to install in this position, but will sometimes aid installers in field, and must have extensive prior installation experience of showers, mirrors, glass, storefronts, windows. 
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and clients to align with timelines and budget expectations. 

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5+ years of proven glazing experience, often with prior supervisory or foreman responsibilities.
• Tool Proficiency: Mastery of heavy-duty tools (glass cutters, drills, saws, caulking guns) and ability to review blueprints.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy glass panels safely and work at various elevated heights.
• Certifications: Valid driver's license and often relevant OSHA safety certifications.
