Requirements for the position include a California Real Estate License, computer skills (to include experience with Outlook, Word, Google Calendar, and the ability to learn our property management software), customer service skills and an eye for detail. Benefits include a monthly salary with additional real estate sales commissions, health care, a profit sharing plan, vacation time and bonuses. With a large built in client list of owners and tenants, there is a good opportunity for sales along with a salary and health care benefits.
