Great local organization in Scotts Valley looking for a senior HR Generalist to act as the initial point of contact for employees with general HR, benefits, leaves of absence and policy questions. Typical duties include:
Qualified candidates must have 3+ years' general human resources experience (preferably within a large company environment) and have practical employment law knowledge. Excellent communication skills required, as this is primarily an employee-facing position. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook also required.
