Culinary Operations Manager at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk

Responsible for the food and drink service of all events.  Oversee and coordinate events such as banquet style corporate picnics, lunch and dinner functions and other food related park and/or promotional exclusives.  Responsible for general operation, maintenance, housekeeping and sanitation of all production kitchen food, supplies and equipment.  Oversee production kitchen to service Boardwalk food outlets. Responsible for ordering food and maintaining inventory.  Responsible for overseeing and coordinating with outside food caterer activities.

WAGE:  $28.70-$35.14 per hour (Depending Upon Experience)
