2+ years Restaurant/Dining Room leadership experience, extensive service/hospitality knowledge, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, effective communication skills, attention to detail, strong work ethic, good judgement, basic computer skills and must be available to work split shifts.
Ensure excellent service standards, motivate dining room team and lead by example, anticipate and exceed residents' needs and expectations, ensure a welcoming physical atmosphere and cleanliness of dining room (including inspecting tables tops, service stations, etc.), assist with the development of service standards, develop, train and encourage all members of the team, supervise the performance, attendance, attitude, appearance and conduct of the dining room team. Dining room scheduling, dining room team performance reviews, participate in the hiring process including recruitment and selection. Minimize all waste- including food, equipment and labor.
