Description:

Great local company is looking for a Accounting & Operations Coordinator.  This position is responsible for coordinating the operational & logistics functions of the business. Responsibilities include first level phone support, managing company-wide travel coordination, meeting coordination, assist in processing of sales/orders, invoicing and payable/receivable and assisting with fulfillment requests and month end accounting duties. This is a contract opportunity with a length of 3 months (plus).

Position Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creative problem solver
  • 2+ years of general accounting principals/Quickbooks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Great pay rate of $25 -$30/hr depending on experience.
