Local government agency in Santa Cruz looking for a senior/executive-level administrative assistant to join the Administration Services team. Typical duties include scheduling meetings, calendaring, writing routine reports and correspondence, updating existing spreadsheets and facilitating board meetings, which includes preparing agendas, gathering information for and creating board packets, attending meetings, and taking meeting notes. Qualified candidates must have 3 years' administrative support experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent communication skills required.
