This full-time year-round position at the World’s-Best Seaside Amusement Park oversees staffing, training and development, payroll, scheduling, employee engagement, loss prevention, and safety coordination. In other words………YOU GET TO DO A LOT A FUN PEOPLE-ORIENTED & STRATEGIC STUFF!
We are looking for a leader that enjoys developing and managing key programs that make the Games and Attractions department a premier place to work and one that delivers World-Class Guest Service.
What basic skills do you need? You must have a passion to provide outstanding Guest Service. You must also have a passion for working with people positively and creating together a great work team. Other details: One year+ of progressively responsible supervisory experience in a customer service environment plus one year performing cash handling duties.
