Administrative Assistant Needed In Aptos

Ace Coast Services Inc. is searching for a talented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is an 8 hour per day, Monday-Friday.

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant with great customer service skills, positive attitude, great organizational skills, and Quickbooks PRO experience.

Administrative Assistant Duties

  • Office administration and organization including answering phones and taking customer orders
  • Prepare invoices and estimates
  •  Prepare and schedule weekly driver routes
  • Have advanced QuickBooks and Excel experience
  • Be able to be detail oriented with good communication and email skills
  • Have the ability to self manage and self direct
  • Have ability to be flexible and multitask with the changing needs of the business
