Responsible for handling the fundamental aspects of financial record keeping for our Company. This will include management of accounts payable, reconciling accounts, reconciling statements, processing purchase order, credits, and research projects.
Accounts payable provides financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization by completing payments and controlling expenses (processing, verifying and reconciling invoices). Accounts payable ensures accurate and timely accounting of business expenses both electronically and by maintaining storage of original physical documents (filing, scanning, spreadsheet management).
