Piini Realty is looking for an experienced part-time Bookkeeper to join the team! We are a family owned and operated business serving the Salinas Valley and the Central Coast for over 80 years. Firmly rooted in the community, our team continues to be a trusted resource for high quality appraisal, real estate brokerage, and property management services.

Our ideal candidate is highly-organized, analytical, and able to fully own all aspects of accounts payable. We offer a flexible schedule, with an average of 25 hours per month.


  • Manage all accounts payable in a timely manner
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Handle bi-monthly and monthly payroll for small team
  • Complete payroll tax reports and year-end tax forms
  • Process all 1099s
  • Oversee 401k plan payments
  • Generate and analyze regular financial reports


  • Proven bookkeeping experience (5 years preferred)
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounts payable principles
  • High proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Excel 
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and Outlook
  • Experience with Yardi a plus!
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar preferred
  • Must be able to work onsite approximately 6 hours/week during normal office hours
