Position overview: The position of Calibration Technician reports to the Manufacturing Manager and is responsible for performing the testing of electronic devices and calibration.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare and inspect devices for calibration
  • Test and calibrate electronic devices
  • Maintain documentation for work orders
  • Set-up flow tunnel for testing and calibrations
  • Performs standard testing and calibration process on any Fox manufactured product
  • Record results per calibration procedure
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment


Requirements:

  • Competent at PCB testing using programming equipment
  • Must be able to follow ESD safety practices
  • Knowledge of industry specific tests and testing equipment
  • Knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures regarding flow measurement
  • Strong interpersonal, organization and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and work well with others
  • Good writing, documentation, and analytical skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ISO/ATEX/LVD standards for CE marked products

Working Conditions:

  • Physical Demand(s): Can lift 50lbs, sitting and stand for reasonable periods of time
  • Visual Demand(s): Ability to look at a computer monitor for reasonable periods of time
  • Hazard(s): Manufacturing environment
