Assembly and test of electronic/mechanical sub-systems and finished product, including programming PCBs and executing test scripts to evaluate performance against product specifications.
Manage production line including build planning, inventory, procedures, training and equipment.
Use of electronic test equipment to test, evaluate or troubleshoot.
Reworking PCBs and building custom wire harnesses, battery packs and electronics modules.
Labeling, packaging and shipping finished product.
Documenting and maintaining records of material and processes used for all builds.
Maintaining a clean work environment, ensuring that line control is followed and all equipment is calibrated prior to builds.
Assist Quality department in handling incoming or returned material, with dimensional and functional inspections or bench testing as necessary.
Work Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s Degree preferred).
5+ years’ work experience as an assembly/test technician in a regulated environment (e.g. medical device, military or equivalent).
Experience with electronics test equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters and power supplies. Ability to read schematics and PCB assembly drawings.
Good soldering ability –able to rework PCBs with components down to 0402 size.

Ability to communicate clearly (written and verbal) in English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on assigned projects with limited supervision
