Duties include:

• Financial statements and Tax, including GL reconciliation and tax compliance, all levels
• Payroll functions including HR & benefit administration
• Analyzing trends, costs, revenues to predict future revenues & expenses
• Other finance and operations duties as assigned by manager

Experience and Skills Desired:

1. Software proficiency:
   1. Sage 100C (preferred but will consider similar) (QB does not apply) 
   2. Paychex required
   3. Excel, Crystal Reports, Avalara, Salesforce, Microsoft Office or equivalent
   4. Sales Tax experience required
2. Data analysis – experience with integrated databases, solid research skills
3. Attention to detail – organizational planning, execution, anticipating needs and excellent follow through
4. Team player with experience and proficiency in working across and with teams
5. Effective communication – professional, verbal and written in English language
6. Critical thinking – analyze and take initiative
7. Problem-solving – intelligent solutions

The pay range for this position is $26 - $40 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications. This is a part-time position to start, 9am-1pm daily, with the possibility of expanding to full-time position, as decided with the candidate.
