Description:

Local office looking for paraprofessional who is personable and punctual with a professional appearance. Excellent multi-tasking ability while also maintaining a strong attention to detail. Someone who can apply professionalism and superior communication skills to meet customer and staff needs. Extremely dependable and reliable.  Ability to lift 50lbs, and occasionally navigate stairs.

Duties include, but are not limited to

  • Office administration includes maintaining appointment calendar, ordering supplies, managing software subscriptions, website admin.
  • Answering phones and directing calls.
  • Client relations: greeting clients at the front desk, answering questions, and fielding complaints, acting as a liaison between clients and CPA.
  • General clerical/office duties as required or requested (filing, archiving, organization, faxing/emailing/mailing documents to clients, etc.)
  • Bookkeeping duties (e.g. bank deposits, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, etc.) commensurate with skills. Training is available.
  • Monthly client billing and collections.
  • Income Tax file administration (logging in, client follow-up, client pick-ups)

Part-time schedule possible depending on skills.
