CLINICAL LABORATORY SCIENTISTS

Natividad offers up to a $10,000.00 sign-on bonus to candidates hired into a permanent position. 

We currently have permanent part-time and per diem opportunities for Clinical Laboratory Scientists to obtain clinical specimens and perform a variety of technical laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures in the areas of chemistry, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, microbiology, bacteriology, blood bank, serology and related assignments, as well as other related work as required.

The ideal candidate will possess a CA CLS license; completion of the course work leading to a Bachelor's degree with a major in clinical laboratory science or a related field, including a one year internship in an accredited clinical laboratory OR completion of such other education and experience pattern that is accepted by the State of California, Department of Health Services for licensure as a CLS; and working knowledge of procedure materials, supplies and equipment used in routine and specialized testing, the calibration, operation and maintenance of laboratory testing equipment and quality control techniques and procedures.
