Job Description
The Production Coordinator ensures that project goals, milestones and timelines are met according to the plans. Works with clients to move them from the initial design phase through selections. Places material orders and coordinates with vendors and crew to keep projects on schedule.

-Proficient using email, Dropbox and Excel. Proficiency with other design programs is a plus.

Responsibilities
-works under the Project Manager
-keeps information flowing between different jobsite crews
-visits job sites as needed on a daily or weekly basis
-coordinates with vendors to move jobs through
-talks with client about upcoming decision points
-records and communicates client decisions to crew
-works through cabinet details and install date with cabinet makers and other vendors
-creates detailed tile sheet for tile setter
-grabs supplies when necessary
-updates spreadsheets when necessary
-organizes Dropbox with plans, specs and other job specific documents
-organize green building requirements
-pick up permits, bring questions to city or county
-call ACE for toilets & fencing
-organize lockboxes
-orders materials when needed
-manages clients expectations concerning budget, timeline and material performance
