We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to work well with our team as a Full-Time Client Experience Specialist. This role will support our Financial Advisor and Operations Manager as well as showering our clients with the best client experience possible.  Which would contribute to our mission of providing superior service and building strong, meaningful relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-Day Office Tasks: Answer phones, assist walk-ins, and handle general office duties.
  • Appointment Management: Maintain the Financial Advisor`s appointment calendar, schedule and confirm client appointments.
  • Client Preparation: Prepare for client meetings to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Social Media Management: Manage our social media presence, including our Facebook page, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Marketing: Plan and prepare marketing materials and client events to promote our services.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain office files, client database, and contact lists; assist with new account opening and maintenance.
  • Documentation: Create reports, documents, and correspondence as needed.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support the team and business operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • At least 1 year of office or customer service experience.
  • Licensed Notary (or are willing to obtain license)
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva. 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of office equipment (faxing, scanning, copying, and generating documents).
  • High attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Availability Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, with occasional evening hours for client events and overtime as needed ( 40+ hours per week)
  • Willingness to undergo a fingerprint and background check through governing bodies SEC and FINRA.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $25.00-$35.00 Dependent on Experience
